Computer Numerical Control (CNC)

In CNC, material is removed from a solid block using a variety of cutting tools that rotate at high speed to produce a part based on a CAD model. Both metals and plastics can be CNC machined.We use powerful CNC milling (VMX 10 U) to manufacture Titanium, stainless steel, aluminium and other alloys. We are capable of manufacturing 5 axis parts up to 530x400x480mm parts. Technical characteristics:Tolerance limit - 0.100-150mm depending on the geometry and material.

SLM is a powder-based additive manufacturing process that permits attaining three-dimensional (3D) functional parts from CAD data.Usually we use powder with 20-50 μm, the layer thickness is 20–100 μm, laser spot size is 50-100 μm. The laser heats the powder and sinters them achieving up to 99% of theoretical density.

Selective laser melting (SLM)

We produce prototypes and functional parts made of different resins. The parts can be made of flexible, tough, durable, rigid, high temperature or electrostatic discharge resin.We use Formlabs technology for production fo customized parts and prototypes. It alloys us to print high quality part within short time. Also, there are huge amount of materials available for this technology.

Filament based 3D printing

Filament based 3D printing is a “material extrusion” through an extruder that heats, melts, and extrudes the plastic through a thin nozzle. Thermoplastic filaments are used or 2.85 mm diameter. The nozzles have a diameter of 0.4 mm.We have several filament-based 3D printers to manufacture to use materials with maufacturing different temperature
